If you will be faxing your credit card order in to us you'll still want to know how much the order total is, and you'll need to let us know which products you wish to order. Creating a fax-in order form is simple using our shopping cart. Go ahead and add to your shopping cart all the items that you wish to purchase . When you've selected everything you want, click on the button "Go to Checkout Now". The shopping cart system will ask how you wish to order. You'll see several choices, including "Order by Credit Card using FAX." Click this option and the shopping cart will create a printable/faxable order form with proper order and shipping totals. Fill in your information, print the form and fax your order to us at 1-770-475-5007. It's simple!
If you have trouble using the shopping cart or just don't like using it, you can always go to our old order form which contains a list of all our products. While this form won't automatically total your orders, it will provide you with a simple, printable order form that you can fill out, calculate your own totals and fax to us.
